Tuesday, April 27th - Keshet Bachan, Founder, Diversity @Work

Keshet is a Diversity and Inclusion advisor and founder of Diversity @ Work, a mission-driven consulting company. D@W partners with companies to remove the barriers that keep women, minorities and traditionally excluded groups from entering, advancing and succeeding in the workplace. Keshet specializes in working with early stage startup companies and with venture groups to establish and then scale D&I best practice from the ground up.

Before moving to Silicon Valley, Keshet spent over a decade working with UN agencies, Foundations and INGO’s as a gender equality advisor, designing and managing multi-million dollar programs across the globe and working with underprivileged communities in the poorest regions of the world. Keshet holds an MSc in Gender from the London School of Economics and a BA in Government and Diplomacy from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelyia (Israel).

Thursday, April 29th - Courtney Spritzer, Co-Founder and CEO of Socialfly

Courtney is the Co-Founder and CEO of Socialfly, the #1 women-owned and operated social media agency in the world. Socialfly helps brands communicate and resonate with women on social media. Throughout Courtney's career, she has developed strategic social media plans for her clients and successfully implemented campaigns for 200+ companies and brands, including Discovery, WeTV, Conair, Girl Scouts, and Slimfast. Courtney is also the Co-Founder of Entreprenista Media, a media platform that provides resources to women entrepreneurs and business leaders and celebrates their success.

In addition to her leading role at Socialfly, Courtney is the Co-Author of "Like, Love, Follow: The Entreprenista’s Guide to Using Social Media To Grow Your Business,” Co-Host of the Entreprenista Podcast, and she hosts a weekly ClubHouse session on Wednesdays at 8:45am. She is the recipient of the Smart CEO Brava Award and Drum’s 50 under 30 in Digital Marketing, and has appeared on Bloomberg, Entrepreneur, Mic, MarketWatch, CheddarTV and more. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Business Studies from New York University. Courtney has a passion for helping women be successful and finding solutions to everyday problems. In 2020, she invented a product, DigiCards, to help people communicate in a more engaging and effective way on video calls.
