Elisa Padilla is an awarding-winning CMO and founder who connects brands with communities through carefully designed marketing programs and experiences. 

An expert in establishing experiential standards for brands in sports and entertainment, Elisa founded her own firm in 2020 where she works closely with her clients to develop the right marketing strategies to reach their consumers in the most culturally relevant manner. In her engagements, her four-step process informs a 360-degree approach to develop the right brand marketing program to reach customers where they live, work and play. 

Prior to founding her company, Elisa served as CMO for iconic sports and entertainment brands including Barclays Center, Brooklyn Nets, NY Islanders, Apple, Miami Marlins and New York Red Bulls. 

As an independent consultant, she has designed strategic marketing programs, established brand identity, and spearheaded go-to-market strategies for CCMC [Tin Building by Jean-Georges], Howard Hughes Corporation [at Seaport NYC], Prodigy Search, NAACP Atlanta, Basquiat King Pleasure Exhibition, Coyote Promotions, Start Up B, PA Conference For Women, Start Up A, YouFit Gyms, Drone Racing League, Detroit Pistons, and ATH Life.
