This too shall pass.

Heading into the third month of furlough. The end doesn’t seem near although New York City has opened up in phase one. My hope is that we move to phase two and we continue to protect ourselves and be safe. Wear your mask and wash your hands!

On this morning’s walk with Trey [my dog], I saw an inspiration rock and it read “this too shall pass.” The small detail was a reminder that those of us who continue to worry about the global pandemic, getting back to work and countless sleepless nights, it’s a reminder that this will end. We’ll come out on the other side. Better.

Also today, my nephew said to me “this is leading you to something else.”. His voice has been ringing in my head all day.
