Tuesday, October 27th - Laura Sandall, Vice President, Marketing, Miami Dolphins
Laura Sandall is in her second season with the Miami Dolphins as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, she oversees Creative, Brand and Digital Marketing, Video/Content, Events and Game Day Entertainment.
Prior to her current role, Sandall served as Vice President of Marketing at Michaels. She previously was the Vice President of Partnerships, Publicity and Philanthropy at JCPenney and held positions with Target, Marshall Field's, Carson Pirie Scott and Illinois Masonic Medical Center. She also founded and was CEO of Sandall Marketing with clients including OfficeMax, General Mills, Best Buy and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Sandall is a graduate of Bradley University with degrees in Public Relations, Advertising & Broadcasting. She and her husband Pete reside in Plymouth, MN and Miami, FL and have four children – Angela Nick, David and Danny.

Tweak It Studio is an artistic and transformative studio recently based in sunny the Detroit Metro Area. Tweak It Studio offers a wide range of content and experiences including renovation projects for one-of-a-kind custom furniture, how-to TIY, workshops and commissioned services.
Tweak It Studio is driven by its talented, charming and socially active founder Adar Kirkham whose unique perspective and creative vision inspire others to not only “tweak” their furniture pieces but also to motivate them to chase their dreams and express their personal vision and story through hard work, out-of-the-box thinking, and positive mindset.
Here at Tweak It Studio, we seek out the unconventional and the extraordinary. We find inspiration everywhere in the brilliant urban centers across the planet. We celebrate the artistic endeavors of ourselves, our friends, and strangers. Every moment is another chance to transform your world.
Traveled the world dancing for the likes of Diddy, Kanye, Rihanna and Usher, NJ Nets Dancer morphed into choreographer for the BK Nets, Lip Sync battle, Disney’s Fam Jam and I Can See Your Voice to name a few. Married the man of my dreams and starred as a DIY bride in a wedding that creative DNA all over it. Hoops and dance dreams would soon turn to paint brushes and trash to treasure reimagined home decor. The love for furniture redesign was born out of necessity as funds were often low but the need to make her shoebox sized apartments in NYC feel like the Ritz Carlton, was always high. After my move to Los Angeles and now Detroit, Tweak It transitioned from a hobby to my main hussle, and I quickly realized that tweak it is more than furniture, it’s a way of life.
Tweak It reimagines style and nurtures creativity. Through our tweaks we express our true essence and embrace our unique story in the process. Our home needs our colors and our life needs our own edge. It’s self-discovery and self-expression in full color.
