THROWBACK THURSDAY SERIES

Our first conversation as part of our Throwback Thursday Series featuring those women who helped launched this series back in April.

Thursday, September 3rd - Elysha Vega, Social Impact | Corporate Social Responsibility Executive

Elysha is a high-achieving CSR leader passionate about directing a strategy of impact investments and community relations. She is a catalyst for the 3 P’s: People, Planet, and Purpose and intersecting these three business pillars to drive goodness.  With nearly 10 years of combined experience in community relations, business operations and financial analysis, she has an edge for understanding how non-revenue generating corporate citizenship has a positive return on the bottom line. This shared perspective is unique in the industry, as most CSR leaders have focused their careers solely on community relations.  Most recently, Elysha repurposed a corporate contributions portfolio for a Fortune 500 company that shifted dollars from “charity” to impact, delivered an employee volunteer program that doubled engagement rates year over year by leveraging thoughtful community partnerships, and co-authored a Contributions Policy with ethical guidelines to mitigate Compliance risk for charitable donations.  Elysha is a subject matter expert on signature programs, employee engagement and corporate citizenship and can help organizations, large and small, architect a community relations agenda that connects for-profit strategy with delivering meaningful impact.

Make sure to take a lunch break and join us!

Until the next,
