Thursday, August 6th - Brittanie Boyd

Brittanie Boyd is currently Vice President, Partnerships for Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment (HBSE) leading the Corporate Partnership Activation team for Devils and Prudential Center sponsors, managing the Prudential Center concessions and retail partnerships by serving as a liaison with Legends and Fanatics respectively, and running business operations for the GRAMMY Museum Experience Prudential Center. Brittanie has served in various roles across the organization in her five years at the company, including Vice President, Business Operations and Director, Guest Experience. In addition, Brittanie co-chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board and is active on the Culture and Development Committee, both with the ultimate goal of making HBSE the best place to work in the world.

Brittanie serves as a Governing Board Member for Pro Sports Assembly, an association with a singular focus on building a more equitable workforce across professional sports. She also co-founded Black Women in Sports and Entertainment (BWISE), an organization created to build a network for support and encouragement as black women navigate work life, send the elevator back down to the next generation of leaders, and build a pipeline of diverse talent that is ready and qualified for open opportunities within the industry. In past years, Brittanie has chaired the International Association for Venue Managers (IAVM) GuestX Committee, served on IAVM’s Membership Development Strategy and Retention Committee, and was a recipient to IAVM’s 30 under 30 Award in 2017.

Dallas native started her career with the Dallas Cowboys, made her way to Brooklyn with the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center, and finally landed in her new home with Prudential Center and the New Jersey Devils in Newark, New Jersey. In her spare time, Brittanie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and mommy friends of Little Village, a social network Brittanie co-founded that provides support for new moms, normalizes the challenges of parenthood, and curates family friendly experiences in her neighborhood.
