Tuesday, July 7th - Erin Weinberg

Erin is General Manager, New York, 360PR+ leads the New York office, focusing on adding value to clients and furthering 360's "All In" culture every day. She brings expertise in CPG, retail, travel, apparel, healthcare, food and beverage and spirits, creating fully integrated campaigns at the national and global levels.

Erin is particularly passionate about building and transforming brands through lifestyle, sports and entertainment marketing and has helped brands create and maximize partnerships and sponsorships for high-profile platforms, including the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, NASCAR and the NFL. A seasoned corporate communicator, Erin regularly advises C-suite executives, cultivating thought leadership and providing issues management counsel.

Prior to joining 360, Erin served in senior management roles at United Entertainment Group at Edelman and at Taylor Strategy. Erin serves on the National Board of Directors of WISE (Women in Sports and Events), the leading voice and resource for women in sports and event and has earned a long list of awards recognizing campaigns for brands including Staples, MasterCard, General Mills and Kimberly-Clark.

Thursday, July 9th - Nicole Jeter West

Nicole is a leader, creative strategist, and motivator with a stellar reputation as a revenue generator and change agent over her twenty-year career in sports and entertainment. Jeter West is known for her ability to apply, data-driven thinking, storytelling, and digital strategy to amplify brand engagement.

Currently, as Head of Marketing and Brand Engagement at the LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Organizing Committee – Jeter West is focusing on building infrastructure and systems that will transform the fan and athlete experience in the Olympic and Paralympic movement for generations.

Over her career, Jeter West has built an esteemed reputation as a collaborative professional and thought leader. In 2019, Jeter West was named Legends’ General Manager for U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Properties, LA28’s joint venture, and was a critical partner in the organization’s foundational year. Before her role as GM, Jeter West led all aspects of Legends’ worldwide marketing and communications as Chief Marketing Officer. Most notably, she piloted Legends women’s leadership development initiative, expanded attractions and collegiate fundraising verticals, and launched Edge XP–an experiential agency combining digital, physical, and virtual technologies.

As Managing Director at the USTA, she spearheaded ticketing and digital sponsorship strategy for the US Open, the world’s largest annually attended event. Nine-year experience with Madison Square Garden in the Marketing Department for the New York Knicks.

Jeter West has served as a board member EDGE XP’s board of directors and the Greater Expectation Teaching & Advocacy Center for Autism. Recognized by Sports Business Journal’s 2020 Power Players: The Olympics, 2019 Alfred Lerner Alumni Award of Excellence, Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Award. Other notable achievements have included - 2015 Central Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Honors Award, 2014 Brand Innovators Forty Under 40, 2007, and 2009 Telly Awards for New York Knicks commercials. Jeter West has been a keynote speaker and panelist for numerous conferences and covered by Adweek, USA Today, Diversity Woman, NY Times, Fortune, LA Times, and Forbes as an industry expert.

Jeter West earned a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Delaware and has completed the Center for Creative Leadership Program and NYU School of Continuing & Professional Studies, Advertising Strategy Program.
