During this time of furlough and quarantine, networking had been top of mind. Getting ready for what’s next is key. You have to be prepared. I have reconnected with colleagues; so grateful and thrilled to catch up. Those who say they will do something and don’t, those are the ones that stand out.

Why?

Your word is all you have. When you say that you are going to do something, do it. No matter how small or large. It’s important. During these times of uncertainty, a person’s character comes through. It shows and you know who you can depend on and who you can’t.

A reminder to be transparent and honest in what you will do and what you won’t do.
