Tuesday, February 2nd- Keisha Wright, Vice President, Integrated Marketing, THINK450

Keisha is Vice President, Integrated Marketing for the THINK450, the innovation and partnership engine of the National Basketball Players Association. An expert brand strategist, Keisha has generated millions of dollars in revenue for Fortune 500 companies through the development of strategic alliances with well-known consumer brands. Keisha has worked for the Brooklyn Nets, Macy’s, the NBA, InStyle Magazine, and MTV Networks, helping them to create and launch multi-platform marketing campaigns, inclusive of cause marketing initiatives, branded content campaigns, immersive events, and grassroots experiences that bring brands to life.

Keisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stanford University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Pepperdine University. Keisha currently resides in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and 14-year-old son.

Thursday, February 4th - Portia Archer, Chief Operating Officer, NBA G League

As Chief Operating Officer of the NBA G League, Portia is responsible for all aspects of the league’s business operations, including the implementation of the newly formed NBA G League Ignite, new content opportunities, and growth initiatives to drive awareness and revenue at the league and team level.

Prior to joining the NBA G League, Archer served as Senior Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer Services for NBC Sports Group. In her role, she was responsible for the launch, development and management of NBC Sports Group’s first direct-to-consumer business and live streaming product, NBC Sports Gold, which included a portfolio of Premier League soccer, PGA Tour golf, NBA basketball, NASCAR, rugby and Olympic sports. Archer also founded NBC Sports Group’s first mentorship program, “Huddle Up,” dedicated to fostering connections and growth opportunities for employees.

Archer is a member of the Women’s Sports Foundation Board of Trustees and a Betsy Magness Leadership Fellow. In 2018, she was named a Sports Business Journal “Game Changer” and one of Adweek’s Most Powerful Women in Sports.

A Chicago native, Archer played college basketball at the University of Chicago, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public policy and economics. She also holds an MBA in management and strategy from Columbia Business School.
