Tuesday, July 28th - Jenifer Herrmann

Jenifer is EVP, Marketing, New Business Development at Evergreen Trading where she embodies the true spirit of partnership - focusing on marketing, partnership growth and new market creation.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Jen spent her time navigating the agency and sports marketing industries. While at Grey Advertising, Jen oversaw the development of her client’s advertising and communication strategies. From there she headed to the NBA where she leveraged her sports acumen and pinpoint strategic thinking to create and implement events, promotions, and grassroots programs at the national and global level. Jen’s unique perspective, coupled with a wealth of experiences, makes her a resourceful leader – driven to provide the best results and experiences possible for our clients.

Thursday, July 30th - Jene Elzie

Jene Elzie has over three decades of experience as a sports and entertainment executive, having worked for and with some of the most respected global brands in the industry. She has relied on her years of experience living in the US and abroad to build a diverse skill set and fluency that has allowed her to understand the unique cultural impacts of media throughout the world.

As Chief Growth Officer for Athletes First Partners, a division of Dentsu, Inc., Jene is part of the leadership team that launched the agency in March 2018.  Athletes First Partners is a sales and marketing agency which represents sports properties, including the National Basketball Players Association and the National Basketball Retired Players Association.  She is charged with driving global growth of the company, including brand growth, expansion of the client base and diversification of revenue streams.

Prior to joining Athletes First Partners, Jene served as Vice President of International Marketing for NBA, where she developed and oversaw the league’s marketing endeavors outside of the US; specifically, she led teams in eight international offices to develop and implement strategies to acquire and engage NBA fans around the world.  She joined the league in March 2013 as Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Europe, Middle East & Africa, where she focused on creating integrated marketing strategies across the league’s many consumer touchpoints (broadcast, digital, social media, e-commerce, live events and grassroots.)  She oversaw the transformation of the European marketing strategy from a grassroots and event-based model to a far-reaching content and digital strategy focused on acquisition of new fans and engagement of the existing fan base.
