Shrimp Al Forno

My brother-in-law is an excellent cook.

I had no idea he had these skills until a few weeks ago. The dishes he serves for dinner are really good. Dare I say that our favorite is shrimp al forno. The recipe is so simple and quick - delicious to say the least. We’ve had it three times and every time it tastes better.

One of the highlights of COVID19 has been witnessing the love my brother-in-law has for the kitchen. He truly loves cooking. So grateful for this time, to see him in action and enjoy his labor of love.
