Welcome to our community.

The last few weeks have been exciting and rewarding. The Lunchtime Conversation idea was born out of my desire to flip the narrative and focus on paying it forward.

Prior to this initiative, I was blogging to share my career journey experiences and select personal experiences that taught me life lessons. The road has taken a turn and now I’ll continue to blog, however the focus will be on others. My vision is to build a community that is supportive, encouraging and a place where we are celebrated.

A special thanks to Chelcie Parry. Chelcie has been instrumental in helping me develop my vision through creative and design work - bringing the brand to life visually. Chelcie has done an incredible job and I am extremely grateful.
